The Prime Wrestling System is an analytical approach to teaching, learning and understanding the sport of wrestling.

Learn and understand specifically what POSITION is and what it means. Techniques are broken down by learning where "position points" are and how to correctly get to them.

PRECISION of the "Position Points" is key for any technique to work against an opponent.

POSITION + PRECISION = PRIME WRESTLING
