Let's normalize recreational wrestling for adults! We aim to provide an environment for wrestlers of all ages to get on the mat and have fun doing the worlds oldest and greatest sport! Wrestle just for fun!!

Competitive
The 505 Wrestling Club was one of only 10 teams represented at the US Olympic Trials in 2021!!
We have Senior level (Olympic hopefuls), Master's/ Veteran's (over 30 years) and 20's athletes all training in our room. If you want the opportunity to wrestle and compete we will provide those opportunities. 

Folkstyle, Freestyle, Greco, Wrestling for MMA & BJJ

Spring Practice Schedule:
March, April & May
Monday - Thursday - 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Extra optional time for live on most days) 

Membership:
Four Practices per Week: $65 / Month
Drop-ins: $10 (adult price only)
Registration and payment in person.
