Fall Preseas
on Schedule August/September/October:
Monday-Thursday
Youth/ Beginner: 5:30-7:00 pm
HS/Advanced/Adult: 7:00-8:30 pm

Membership: $120/month
Adult Membership: $65/month
Drop-ins: $15

This fall we are training Folkstyle aka colligate wrestling!! This is a must for a wrestler who wants to approach the regular season in-shape and equipped to do their best! We have beginners up through All-Americans at every age group!!


Youth Wrestling Philosophy

Our youth program is designed with LONG TERM goals. 
Burnout is very common in wrestling and we have designed our program to avoid burning kids out! 

505 WC youth wrestlers will:
  • Develop Athleticism 
  • Learn High-percentage Techniques that will be Effective at the College and World level
  • Have Varsity Level Success by 9th Grade
  • Learn the Values of Hard Work, Intensity, Dedication, Adversity Management and Being Part of Something Bigger than Yourself
  • Develop a Passion and Love of the Sport
  • HAVE FUN!!
